Shipping areas
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping fees
Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped to Canada and the United States.
Processing times
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated delivery times
Canada: on average 2 to 4 business days
United States: on average 3 to 6 business days
These time frames are given for information only and may vary depending on the carrier, peak periods or weather conditions.
Order tracking
When possible, a tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop. Some light shipments may be sent without tracking.
Customs and taxes (United States)
For orders shipped to the United States, customs fees or local taxes may apply. These fees, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
🔁 Returns and exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your Nevola cap.
Return period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
be in good condition,
be clean, without stains or tears,
not be deliberately damaged.
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is too damaged or not suitable for reuse.
Return costs
If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping costs or offer an appropriate solution (replacement, refund, etc.).
If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be at the customer’s expense.
Return procedure
Contact us at infoclient.nevola@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will let you know the steps to follow (return address, label if applicable).
Once the product has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund to the original payment method, or an exchange, as agreed.

If your parcel seems lost, seriously delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at infoclient.nevola@gmail.com with:
your name,
your order number,
a photo of the parcel if necessary.
We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
